Mabol’s published biography lists a master’s degree in Tea Science, an industry advisory role in postgraduate education at Huazhong Agricultural University, TESOL teacher certification, and WSET wine qualifications.
She founded Discover Cha in 2015. Its work brings together tea education, tea journeys, and cultural exchange, including her interest in the connections between Pu’er tea and French wine.
